Pintura Fresca är en internationell grupp konstnärer som arbetar med abstrakt konst. De har lärt känna varandra på internet och arbetar nu sedan flera år tillbaka med olika projekt tillsammans. Gruppens främsta målsättning är att vara en plattform och ett forum för samtidskonst med speciell inriktning på abstrakt måleri. Medlemmarna antas genom inval. Genom sina gemensamma utställningar vill Pintura Frescakonstnärerna medverka till att en dialog uppstår mellan människor från olika delar av världen.Samtidigt vill de visa allmänheten, att den abstrakta konsten fortfarande frodas och lever vidare med förnyad vitalitet in i det nya milleniet. Tvärtemot vad en del konstkritiker velat göra gällande, hävdar de att den abstrakta konsten har mognat och blivit mer nyansrik under de senaste hundra åren.Tidigare gemensamma utställningar i Singapore, London, San Fransisco, West Chester PA och Towson MD (USA), samt Innsbruck i Österrike.

"The painter Miran Kreš has mystical ideas about the world, which is supposed to be composed of the four elements: water, air, fire and earth. He bases his work on the cabalistic and alchemistic traditions he likes, but there is nothing in his art which is just allegorically narrative, sign symbolic or illustrative. Instead, in his pictures, which at first appear abstract, the artist achieves deep spatial effects, directed towards infusing or imbuing these elements and discovering light from the beyond, expressing his mysteriousness with a very studious treatment of color through layering, pasty applications, the spraying and application of varnish, producing a final effect in which everything disappears into immaterial spiritualised visions."

...with the drawings rushing by, and the questions getting more and more heavy and esoteric - became simply absurd.

There was nothing to be seen (in a double sense), and still the voice obtrusively articulated these paradoxical questions, like an unwanted but persisting intruder.
